**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Develop strategic business cases evaluating cost benefits trade-offs in manufacturing network design and distribution of product to end customer
+ Define and scope projects focused on wing-to-wing / value stream to reduce total landed cost, lead time, inventory & improvement customer on-time delivery (OTD) / customer Satisfaction.
+ Evaluate make/buy strategy and determine optimal manufacturing location for new product introduction and/or vertical integration.
+ Define / drive operating mechanism to ensure execution on projects/actions and tie results expected business outcomes
+ Partner with sourcing team on driving localization & best cost country strategy
+ Develop strategic roadmap for manufacturing and make/buy strategies to ensure optimal global manufacturing footprint
+ Communicate progress, status & issues to WHXR Supply Chain leadership team.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business or Technical
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field with
+ **9+ years** of total experience in Sourcing, Materials, Operations or Supply Chain and **3+ years in Supplier Management** is a must
+ Strong experience in Supplier engagement, negotiation, and lead time reduction, Building and maintaining supplier relationships, Working closely with engineering teams.

This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
● Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
● Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
● Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
● Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
● Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master’s
from a top-tier institution preferred
Experience: 4–6 years total experience.
At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick
commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
Tools & Skills:
● Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
● Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
● Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
