- Conduct Design Reviews and present the work to Business Unit
- Coordinate with labs for proto build and performance testing.
- Perform validation, test report analysis, and resolve performance issues
- Responsible for project management of the projects - Project planning, scheduling, risk management to ensure that the projects are delivered on time with expected key performance indicators
Contributing to developing new processes and helping to improve current process to create value and Increase quality & speed of delivery
- Ensure on time delivery & ensuring high Quality of the deliverables
- Ensure quality through defined QC processes, internal peer reviews for all the work & projects
- Use of available state-of-the-art computational technologies, and strive for continual improvement
- Produce and utilize engineering calculations and operate computer programs to support design, analysis, testing and engineering efforts including spreadsheets and internet resources
- Participate in global collaboration efforts with peer engineering facilities
