What to Expect:

The Analyst, Digital Product Lifecycle is responsible for ensuring a superior customer shopping experience as a result of executing the online merchandising strategy for the business. They will oversee the end to end product lifecycle including the active management of vendor requests, the turn-in pipeline,
accurate setup of products and ensuring category merchandising is reflective of the site merchandising strategy. The position will be responsible for lifecycle reporting, managing customer and site support tickets, special projects and not on site prioritization. They are also responsible for achieving topside sales plans, conversion goals, usability performance targets and corporate objectives.

What you will do:

* Work closely with our Digital Operations team to execute tasks/projects and proactively lower the overall volume of items on the daily not on site
* Be responsible for lifecycle reporting, merchant tickets, ICQA issues and new vendor onboarding
* Lead ideation and delivery of lifecycle projects
* Ensure thorough quality assurance of products onboarded to site
* Work with Site Operations to identify and reduce process or system inefficiencies
* Maintain daily workflow in partnership with the other item lifecycle teams
* Performance Measures/Outcomes (example: key metrics, turnover, retention stats, etc.)
* Improved customer experience ratings, conversion metrics, reduced return rate
* Improved team quality metrics
* Timely and accurate execution of merchandise related content and assortment

Job Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an analyst, e-Commerce retail site preferred
* Understanding of retail ecommerce landscape preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
* Bachelor’s degree
* Familiarity with item onboarding tools (e.g. Product Information Management Tool)
* Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web-based applications
* Proven ability to function well in a collaborative environment

The Senior PLM Service Consultant will be part of a team that will handle various projects, from basic installations to comprehensive implementations that focus on enhancing business processes and integrating with ERP/MRP systems. They will provide effective services to the growing customer base, catering to both technical and non-technical users and supporting various technologies.

The Senior PLM Service Consultant role involves designing and implementing Windchill PLM solutions for projects contracted by Softcell with customers in the discrete manufacturing sector.

*RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scopes, schedules, and execution plans for multiple customer projects
• Conduct and document blueprinting and mapping sessions with customers for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations
• Analyse requirements and contribute to designing PTC solutions for complex customer needs
• Develop functional and technical requirements for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations
• Create technical specifications for customisations and system integrations
• Design and carry out implementations for PDM, PLM, Change Management, and Migrations
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope adherence and initiate change control as necessary
• Offer best practices for user acceptance testing, training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts
• Generate statements of work
• Lead user training and user acceptance testing
• Mentor and collaborate with services team members on design, documentation, and implementations
• Assist project teams and customers with advanced technical inquiries and solutions
• Monitor project task progress and identify risks along with mitigation plans

*REQUIREMENTS**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technology field preferred
• Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience as a consultant
• 5+ years of Windchill implementation experience, with the current role focusing on Windchill
