Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Listing Specialist to manage the creation, optimization, and troubleshooting of Amazon and other marketplaces listings across multiple regions. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, flat file management, and complex catalog configurations. You will be responsible for scaling our product catalog efficiently while ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and compliance across EU and US marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Amazon product listings using Seller Central UI and flat file uploads, ensuring accuracy and scalability across EU, US, and future marketplaces.
- Build and manage complex parent-child listing structures to improve variation visibility and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor catalog health and compliance, identify suppressed or stranded listings, investigate root causes, and resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure complete attributes, correct categorization, and optimized content.
- Conduct SEO research and localize listings to refine titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content for maximum discoverability in each marketplace.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure high-quality creative assets and accurate product details that comply with marketplace standards.
- Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sales velocity, listing metrics) and maintain reporting dashboards, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage AI tools to scale listing creation, SEO optimization, and catalog management efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings across EU and US marketplaces.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads, parent-child variations, and troubleshooting suppressed or stranded listings.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, including keyword research and localization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze listing performance metrics.
