Location: Position : Product Managers – AI India (Ahmedabad / Pune / Mumbai / Remote options available). Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap and delivery for Cognitive CDE and modern AI solutions using AI/ML-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language interfaces, intelligent automation, or anomaly detection. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, and UX teams to define requirements, MVPs, and success metrics. 
  • Translate AI capabilities into user-centric use cases, ensuring alignment with customer pain points and business goals. 
  • Stay on top of developments in AI/ML, identifying opportunities to apply new models, LLMs, or approaches to our platform. 
  • Work with GTM teams to craft positioning and messaging for AI-powered features. 
  • Tracking progress towards the release of a product. 
  • Monitor AI/ML performance post-release, iterating based on usage data, model feedback, and market trends. 
  • Ensuring the quality of the releases by testing, validating, and accepting the work done. 
  • Have a proactive role in continually improving the process.
  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with 1–2 years focused on AI/ML products in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines
  • Experience working with technical teams to ship production-grade AI features.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into customer value and clear product requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with Azure AI and Google Cloud tools like Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, LangChain, and/or OpenAI APIs. 
  • Exposure to enterprise verticals construction tech, finance, logistics). 
  • Experience with ethical AI principles, model governance, or explainability tools. 
  • Technical comfort with APIs, data schemas, and integrations 
  • Excellent teamwork skills especially with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important.

    **Responsibilities**
    - To define the product positioning and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis.
    - Work with the Product teams to roll out campaigns for new feature releases and own communication of all feature updates and other user-facing communication.
    - Enable our user-facing teams i.e., Growth (Inbound and Outbound) and Customer Success team operating across India by generating helpful content such as user training material, customer success case studies, pitch decks, depository of FAQs, etc.
    - Sales enablement - Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
    - Demand generation - Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand
    - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to roll out ad campaigns with effective copy for better conversion.
    - Collaborate with the Media Communications team to share product-related insights and come up with ideas that can translate into media stories.

    **Skills**
    - Relevant experience in Marketing with at least 5 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience.
    - Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
    - Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
    - Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.
