Responsibilities

  • Product Launch : Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
  • Messaging and Positioning : Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and webinars, that drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, digital, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
  • GTM enablement – Work with various teams to plan & execute programs that communicate value propositions, provide high-value sales tools, and focused training to help them excel.
  • Evangelism – Serve as the primary advocate and go-to thought leader for the offering when engaging and influencing customers, partners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.



Qualifications


  • Experience: Total experience of 10 years + with 7+ years of product marketing experience along with managing a high performing team, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.


Skills


  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Proven success in leading global campaign teams with a focus on pipeline creation, partner-led growth, and measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, ABM, and website optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, across geographies; including top management, product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
