**Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with customers over the phone to promote products, services, or offers.
**Lead Generation** - Identify and qualify potential leads through conversations with customers.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
**Sales Conversion**:
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
**Data Collection**:
- Gather relevant information from customers for future follow-ups or database maintenance.
**Product Knowledge**-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered by the company to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
**Maintain Report-** Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to enhance their experience and increase the likelihood of sales.
**Handling Objections**:
- Address customer objections or concerns regarding products, pricing, or services in a professional and persuasive manner to overcome barriers to sales.
**Recording Information**-Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database or CRM system for future reference and analysis
**Meeting Target**-Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets set by the company.
**Feedback & Reporting**-Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Generate regular reports on call outcomes and performance metrics
**Compliance-** Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while interacting with customers and handling their data

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
