- Experience : 3-5 years in product development or manufacturing.
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of product lifecycle, material properties, tooling, production methods, and 3D modeling.
- Key Competencies : Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly.
