Key Responsibilities:

• Working in Production Control Team, The Goal of the Position is to Support the Rest of the Team by automating process and update/Maintain information Properly in the Different Databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Give Support to the Production Leader to control Project Progress and quantities(Actual vs Plan) and Prepare and check the corresponding reports.
• Responsible for monitoring manpower from subconstruct (Receive/analysis/Import/reporting).

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our team. • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and execute Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality-related problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of production failures or quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to address them.

Qualification:

• BE / Diploma Engineer in Power Electronics/ Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical stream
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals).
• Strong understanding of production processes, line balancing techniques, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in implementing Kaizen events, conducting root cause analysis, and driving CAPA initiatives.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies, such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Production Engineer to join our precision manufacturing team in Vapi. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production of chucks, mechanical instruments, and cutting assemblies.
