Routine Duties & Responsibilities


1. Production Planning & Operations

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
  • Plan production based on sales orders, production schedules, and dispatch priorities.
  • Allocate manpower, raw materials, equipment, and utilities to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve plant efficiency.

  • Own and monitor critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.


2. Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and all applicable safety and quality standards across the plant.
  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues, quality deviations, breakdowns, and process failures, ensuring effective CAPA implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, debottlenecking, productivity improvement, energy conservation, and cost optimization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, process optimization, and waste reduction projects.
  • Support new product trials, process validations, scale-up activities, and commercialization of new manufacturing processes.
  • Support ideation, implementation, commissioning, and optimal running of automation systems.
  • Execute technical improvement and capital projects related to process enhancement, equipment upgrades, and plant expansion in coordination with Engineering and Management.


3. Dispatch, Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise production and job work activities, ensuring timely execution and dispatch.
  • Review WIP, finished goods, dispatch plans, OTIF performance, inventory status, and production KPIs.
  • Lead daily production meetings and communicate production targets and priorities to the operating team.
  • Mentor, train, and develop shift teams on process operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety, and best manufacturing practices.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with the Engineering team to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability.


4. Reporting, Systems & Compliance

  • Oversee batch-wise/shift-wise production entries in ERP/SAP, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and present production, efficiency, quality, utility consumption, and project progress reports to Management.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.

· Prepare and coordinate execution of board resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, and corporate approvals required by lenders.

· Support filings related to charge creation, modification, and satisfaction with MCA.

· Coordinate with bankers, trustees, and legal consultants for documentation and compliance requirements.

5. Documentation & Coordination

· Maintain corporate, statutory, and project-related records in physical and digital form.

· Assist in drafting routine corporate documents, declarations, confirmations, and compliance notes.

· Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and regulators during audits, due diligence, and inspections.

6. General Governance & Compliance Support

· Track due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.

· Assist in implementation of corporate governance practices and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience

· CS Executive / CS Inter qualified (or pursuing CS Final).

+ Manage BOM inventory with only required material in hand
+ Control month end inventory by proper tracking class Items
+ Initiate Cost Reduction projects

+ Responsible to maintain "5S"+S
+ Initiate & Lead Various Improvements Projects on Final Pack Line
+ Collaboration with AME / CFT for new project improvements online
+ **Education and Professional Qualifications:**
+ Diploma In Mechanical or BE in any Stream
+ 2 - 3 Years of Experience In mass Production & Manufacturing Industry,
+ (HVAC Industry Will Be Added Advantage)

The role… Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations. Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Understands room status and room status tracking. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Must be sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property. Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms. Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedures. Maintains guest room key storage and maintains and supervises access to safe deposit boxes. File room keys (only for manual room key hotels) Knows how to use front office equipment. Process guest check-outs. Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, currency exchange, Follows procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by guests. Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. Uses proper telephone etiquette. Performs cashiering tasks like bill / invoice settlement, posting charges to the guest, paid out’s, Foreign currency exchange etc. Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures. Courier Mail Register Reads and initials the pass-on log and bulletin board daily. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel. Attends department meetings. Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager. Knows all safety and emergency procedures, Is aware of accident prevention policies. Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
