This role is designed for curious problem-solvers who want to explore multiple areas of IFS ERP (Sales, Production, Projects, Maintenance, and Supply Chain). If you’re ready to take responsibility, learn fast, and contribute to real client success stories, this is your stage
Role Overview
As an IFS Functional Consultant , you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting different IFS ERP modules, covering Sales, Production, Projects, Maintenance, and SCM . You don’t need to be an expert in all areas on day one — but you should be ready to take ownership, learn quickly, and manage these functions as part of client ERP implementations and ongoing support.
You will work directly with business users, project managers, and technical consultants to ensure IFS delivers value across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements in Sales, Production, Project Management, Maintenance, and Supply Chain areas. (Consultants covering a few modules are welcome)
- Map business processes into IFS ERP functionality and identify required configurations.
- Configure respective IFS modules (pricing, order management, production scheduling, project costing, preventive maintenance, procurement, logistics, etc.).
- Support end-to-end implementations: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot module-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Assist users with day-to-day queries and provide functional guidance.
- Document processes, configurations, and functional specifications.
- Stay updated with new IFS features across Sales, Manufacturing, Project, Maintenance, and SCM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between finance, operations, and supply chain processes.
- Take accountability for learning and growing into all these modules with guidance from senior consultants and leadership.
- Participate in Presales, deal closure and other revenue generating activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding (or willingness to learn quickly) of business processes across Sales, Production, Project Management, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred, others acceptable as a foundation).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to explore multiple modules and take responsibility for functional outcomes.
- Team player mindset with curiosity to learn from senior consultants and business users.
- (Bonus) Prior exposure to IFS Applications 9/10 or IFS Cloud is an advantage.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Work directly with visionary leaders and grow into a multi-module ERP expert.
- Exposure to multiple functional areas in IFS — Sales, Production, Projects, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Learn fast, take responsibility, and see the impact of your work in real business environments.
- Be part of a fast-growing company where your growth is prioritized alongside the company’s.
- Supportive culture, competitive compensation, and opportunities to build cross-functional expertise.
