Main Job Purpose:Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory. The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE, Quality, Cost, Service & ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager.

+ Lead Factory productivity improvement through programs like R2S, SMED, UMS etc.
+ Lead material savings project through continuous yield improvement initiatives.
+ Lead Factory League performance of the site.
+ Lead quality management system including UQPs, HH pillar, FSSAI compliance, HACCP compliance etc.
+ Drive digitalization for manufacturing and quality fields.
+ Implement HR policies and procedures as applicable to the area of work.
+ Support implementation of innovation within the factory and deliver to agreed ramp up plan.
+ Manage and improve deployment of resources, people budgets and assets, to comply with cost and financial target.
