As a Senior Professional Development Administrator, you'll be a part of the Asia regional Professional Development (PD) team based out of Bengaluru, India and support a range of professional development activities and initiatives for a group of colleagues within practice cells. You'll work closely with cell PD leads and support the implementation of core people processes, manage people data and initiatives for your cells.
You'll work closely with other PD managers and play a key role in supporting a wide range of professional development-related processes and activities, e.g., staffing, onboarding, reviews, and data reporting for your cells. In this context, you will develop and manage dashboards/reports related to the cell and work with the PD Manager to coordinate for setting up team forums/ leadership sessions. You will also be involved in helping drive ongoing community initiatives for your cells in the region.
You'll work across multiple internal systems to manage and record critical people data that will allow us to accurately capture our consultants’ development journey. This will mean building a strong understanding of tools like iStaffing, TRM, etc.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or professional development, particularly staffing
- Experience with human resources (HR) data analysis, data management, administration and report generation
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
- Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
