**The Role: Specialist - Professional Services**
**The Team:** The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network. The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices, cloud-based architectures.
**The Impact:** Together, we build, support, protect and manage high-performance, resilient platforms that process more than 100 million messages a day. Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets.
**What's in it for you:**
The role will primarily focus on delivering implementations & integrations.
This position may additionally be required to produce cross-training materials in the agreed, standardised formats; take on primary & secondary responsibilities when delivering implementations & integrations with other team members; and engage in product UAT cycles.
Specialist - Professional Services at all levels are expected to collaborate with other members of professional services, and other internal teams, in order to deliver implementations & integrations.
The expected working hours in Gurgaon are 12 - 9pm. Some tasks, such as deployment of changes, is required on Sundays as part of the role.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.
The role is being opened to work on new initiatives within OSTTRA.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Implementation & Integration
+ Deliver implementations & integrations for multiple project types across the services (currently limited to ex. Traiana services) offered within the FX&S pillar at OSTTRA
+ Hand over to the operations teams once live
+ Day one check in with the customer
+ Finalising readiness to migrate to production, and liaising with the relevant counterparties (as required)
+ Undergoing the UAT phase with the customer directly, unilaterally identifying issues, investigating those issues, and resolving those issues with the relevant internal or external team
+ Gathering & setting up all required static data in UAT & production (as required)
+ System configuration in UAT and production environments
+ Connectivity & integration set up in the product
+ Connectivity & integration set up in IC and/or Adapters
+ Coordinate the development of the transformer based on the spec provided by Solution Design
+ Create any required routing in IC
+ Ensure that all integration changes & set ups undergo the required 4-eye checks prior to deployment in production
+ Ensure all integrations follow the integration standards outlined
+ Work effectively as part of a professional services project team on each implementation and/or integration, alongside a project manager and solution design manager
+ Work effectively with key internal stakeholders outside of professional services during the implementation and/or integration, such as the connectivity team, product or development teams
+ Demonstrate a positive customer experience during implementations & integrations, regardless of whether the Technical Project Manager leads discussions or is working behind the scenes on items
+ Update the PSA system (e.g. Monday.com) on a daily basis so that the project manager has the correct information on project status, risks, issues and dependencies
+ Creating and tracking UAT plans
+ Ensure all required implementation & integration documentation is produced in the standard formats defined, and is made available prior to the point of go-live, including the operations handover material
+ Effectively manage time so that tasks are completed by the expected due date
+ Cross-Training
+ Create cross-training materials in the pre-defined standardised formats on implementation & integration processes for project types
+ To lead implementation & integrations as a primary resource, while developing a secondary resource
+ Develop new core skills, and take on new project types
+ To assist a primary resource during implementation & integrations, while acting as a secondary resource
+ Where necessary during the professional services restructure, assist with other teams in their cross-training priorities and needs
+ Teamwork
+ Responsive, collaborative and engaged with the internal project management team assigned to each implementation and/or integration
+ Engage, be open and be objective in post-project retrospectives to develop the team further
+ Product UAT
+ Executing the required UAT runbook
+ Operations Escalations
+ Act as an escalation point for certain project types / services from a technical project management perspective

Description: This is an exciting opportunity to work with SmartStream’s latest products, being responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and training necessary to deliver client solutions. Position Overview:

We are looking to add to our team a Professional Services Manager who will have a strong background in managing IAM Projects / Hybrid Cloud Solutions from start to finish. In this role, you will manage and mentor a Team of Architects, PMs, and Implementation Engineers/Developers. You will own client and partner relationships and be responsible for daily/weekly communication for key stakeholders throughout implementations. You will manage and work collaboratively with subject matter experts at Tuebora to support our clients and partners through their onboarding experience, as well as assist in the recommendation of tools and development of new processes to enable team to delight our Customers and meet set KPIs.


What you will do:


PS Manager


  • Hire, inspire, mentor and grow people within PS organization including delivering annual performance appraisals
  • Day to day people management of Implementation Engineers, Architects, PMs, QA Testing resources
  • Responsible for project resource planning, cadence on following processes, developing artifacts, meeting/exceeding KPIs around budget, timeline, quality, profitability and staffing
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing services, product defect resolution and high priority enhancement requests
  • Oversight and understanding of all projects that team is delivering from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance
  • Serves as an Escalation Point for Project Managers
  • Monitor and track project plans for all projects that includes follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Provide proactive weekly communication to customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, issues, risks
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define framework for scoping non-standard requests, determining client communication strategies, and setting scope of service to drive an exceptional customer experience
  • Support Sales team in managing RFP/POCs responses and assisting with development of prospect-facing materials


You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability in implementing and running technical/process projects
  • Can demonstrate with data analytics current status on projects, areas of concern, project risks, and recommendations
  • Have 5+ years’ experience managing a highly productive teams of Architects, Implementation Engineers and Project Managers
  • Past experience as an Architect, Technical PM or IE in IAM Space. 5+ years’ experience in one or more of those roles involving IAM projects.
  • Full understanding of the nuances of delivery from all angles. Ideally have background in IAM Vendor/IAM Services.
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
  • Created project plans, managed risks and delivery of mid (10,000 user-base) to large (100K+ user-base) IAM deployments
  • Experienced with IAM processes, mapping customer pain-points to vendor solutions
  • Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization of activities
  • Demonstrated success with process driven programs – scrums, metrics, checklists, repeatable methodologies, project post-mortems, etc
  • Customer focused with Customer Success top of mind
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
