Job Responsibilities

  • LMS Management: Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS, including tasks such as workflow configuration, business rules, and permission management.
  • Content Management: Upload and organize training materials and courses within the LMS. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent. Video editing.
  • Instructional Design: Guide trainers on best practices to ensure engaging content with high learning retention rates
  • User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to external customers and internal teams. Address and resolve any issues related to the LMS.

Education, Experience and Skills

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience is required
  • Prior 3+ years’ experience managing an LMS, preferably Docebo
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
  • Experience with data integrations between systems (Workato, Docebo Connect, Webhooks, APIs, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting reports and developing proposals for improvement

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing online training content

Additional Qualifications Desired:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving team performance and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
