+ Work closely with the HCM Integration Leads Integration Experts or Architects Payroll vendors as well as Payroll experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the HCM integrations Workstream scope and timelines defined by Program requirements.
+ Responsible for (with focus on DDIT Program Management & Execution) overseeing and managing integration delivery strategy
+ Lead the implementation and management of Workday HCM and Workday (HCM) Payroll solutions.
+ Oversee project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful completion.
+ Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday implementations.
+ Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
+ Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration.
