**JOB ACTIVITIES**
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant business experience, including but not limited to Project Management, Program Management, Business Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Support.
+ Project Management experience of 6-10 Years

**Prime accountability**
- Single point responsible for delivery of the project related to Control system like Distributed Control System, Fire and Gas, Emergency Shutdown System, Programmable Logic Controllers, Scada, within specified schedule, cost and quality. Ensure that proper handover is taken from sales and P & E Team. Baselining of the project, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
'- Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution. Responsible for all official communication with customer with regards to project matters.'-Prepare sub-contract strategy, select sub-contractors, and negotiate contracts and control. -Responsible for overall site management including site work progress, reporting, closure of site work, installation /commissioning, site I & C contractor management
**Customer relationship management**
- Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a single point contact for customer. Stakeholder management is must to resolve the issues amicably.
**Planning, Monitoring & Control**
-Planning - Need to do planning for the schedule, Billing plan, revenue plan . Need to do this planning in profit / Planview Tool as well as for monthly operation review.
Monitor the variance and need to take corrective action to ensure that Project Schedule is meet and Project does not fall in LD. Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty). Ensure the compliance for Gating policy, SEA for EAC and Change Order bookings. Submission of project progress report in prescribed format on monthly basis to customer and to internal stake holders including sales. Updates in CORA for financial forecasting
**Review responsibilities**
-Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics. Provide all the details for the Monthly project reviews , L3 / L4 Project reviews , Gating reviews , arranging KOM with factory and sourcing for third party items.
**Cross-functional delivery support**
-Managing the interest of all stakeholders (customer, Honeywell, suppliers, etc) in the project. -Work closely with factory and CIC , Factory sourcing and third party sourcing team for timely delivery of the project.
'- Work with Life Cycle Solutions and Services organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out.
PROJECT MANAGER, HPS
**Sales support**
- Work with sales as directed by Operation Head / Manager to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, cost estimates, project execution plan, schedule etc.
**Risk Assessment & compliance**
Preparation of R & O in prescribed format at the beginning of the Project and update it on monthly basis. Communicate the updated R & O to all stake holders on monthly basis.
'-Anticipate timely on important potential risks (technical or other) and highlight to all stake holders on timely manner.
'- Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized. - Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (change orders). Ensuring the timely receipt of change orders for the changes taken place in Project during course of execution. Complying to SEA and guidelines issued by top management time to time for cost incurrence for the changes before receipt of change order as well as for booking of change orders.
**Continuous improvement**
- Understand customer related critical points to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures.
'- Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools.
**People**
-Ensure skills & competency management of Project team to remain in alignment with project goal. - Create the conditions to enable effectively working in teams. (A balanced team)
**Experience:**
Must have experience of handling the PSU customers in past.
Must have good understanding of financials and commercial Acumen.
Good understanding of Project business and contracts in automation Industry.
Exposure/experience in working with automation OEM.
**Education**
+ BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics & communications)
+ PMP is preferred
+ MBA would be an added advantage.

The Privacy Compliance Program Specialist will be part of the Global Legal Service Center (GLSC) and will support the Global Privacy Compliance Organization, which has central responsibility for developing and administering 3M's global privacy compliance program.
The Privacy Compliance Program Specialist will report to the GLSC Site Manager and work closely with the Privacy Compliance Manager and Privacy Compliance Director to administer operational privacy compliance across our global organization. As a Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and enhance financial performance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Generate and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather financial data, understand business needs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Program Management: Assist the Program Manager in tracking financial performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, recommending best practices based on analysis.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure that all financial decisions are supported by robust data analysis and insights, leading to improved financial outcomes and resource allocation.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and monitor relevant KPIs such as revenue growth, cost management, and profitability metrics to measure financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify Gaps: Proactively identify gaps in financial performance and reporting, recommending actionable solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Reporting and Process Streamlining: Develop and implement standardized financial reporting mechanisms that facilitate transparency and accountability, ensuring stakeholders are informed of financial status.
- Productivity Enhancement: Focus on initiatives that drive productivity improvements in financial operations, such as reducing reporting cycle times and enhancing data accuracy.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
- 8+ years of Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably within a corporate finance environment, demonstrating the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights, including proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, or similar platforms, to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse audiences.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools, enabling effective tracking and reporting of financial performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Brief Job Overview**
This is a non-supervisory, position within Region, Program & Operations (RPO) that oversees marketing operational activities including program performance and planning process, project and budget management, and go-to-market initiatives that support growth goals and KPIs. Key responsibilities include cross-collaboration with industry programs, digital marketing and RPO analytics teams to coordinate projects with clear objectives, milestones, budgets and timelines. The associate program lead will effectively track, monitor and report on project schedules to marketing leadership team and other key stakeholders to drive successful completion. The incumbent will develop performance metrics and key indicators and facilitate quarterly meetings to drive department visibility and updates. This role is also responsible for coordinating marketing campaign planning and key external stakeholder meetings and events that are aligned with program outreach goals. The associate program lead will drive thought leadership and provide recommendations to team on project prioritization, process improvements, problem resolution, and best practices and methods to improve business outcomes. In addition, this role will foster great communication and work with internal and external partners to facilitate and drive all related activities to successfully deliver project goals.

The Program Specialist - RPO Marketing Projects will:
Have proven experience in planning at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute efforts in collaboration with the Marketing team:
+ Drive cross-program quarterly business performance reviews to monitor delivery on SSP/KPI goals and facilitate department meetings and program updates with marketing leadership team.
+ Support Digital Marketing team in developing and monitoring campaign planning, calendars and timelines including campaign go-live dates, asset approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
+ Collaborate with Marketing leads on department and program budgets, facilitate contract and PO approvals (via docusign) and drive expense and PO tracking when needed.
+ Work closely with USP approved global agencies, vendors, finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company procurement, legal, and data privacy policies in support of key marketing campaigns, initiatives and events.
+ Be adept at analyzing, preparing, and ensuring execution of responsibilities with minimal guidance and according to strict deadlines.
+ Have ability to handle complexity, troubleshoot and interpret technical/science content to work across teams to communicate, develop and monitor plans.
+ Identify, prioritize & manage internal/external meetings, conferences and events to support stakeholder engagement; develop & disseminate content that highlights insights from the events, when applicable.
+ Have strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present key status updates and effectively summarize projects plans to leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Develops an overall understanding of USP's business (Complex Generics, Small Molecules, Dietary Supplements and Herbal Medicines) to ensure appropriate dialogue and implementation of program support.

+ Proficient experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, PowerPoint Designer with virtual presentation skills.

+ Ability and desire to work well with diverse employees in a cooperative and friendly manner.
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Desired Preferences**
+ Experience using data analytical platforms (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator and photoshop, etc.)
+ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI PMP or other project management certifications
