- The Dean of a School at the University is a senior academic administrator who is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations of a specific school within the university. 3. Key Accountability
Strategic
- Building a vision of excellence and national leadership in each unit of the School and monitoring progress toward short, medium, and long-term goals
- work with the Vice Chancellor / EP to strategize and achieve the long-term vision and goals of the school and Implement the Strategic Plan for the School in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the University
