Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online applications for technical and admin staff within EUS projects
- Maintain and improve the look and feel of SharePoint sites and design solutions
- Standardize and maintain project SharePoint sites, templates, and documentation structures
- Support Power Automate workflows and process automation across project functions
- Collaborate with various project teams to understand SharePoint requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Create and manage internal newsletters and team communications
- Assist with quality monitoring and continuous improvement of the SharePoint environment
- Review, update, and manage documentation and templates
- Assist with PMO reporting, dashboards, and status updates using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
Requirements
- Experience with SharePoint Online – site creation, layout, content organization, access control and permission management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flows)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and design user-friendly, practical solutions tailored to end-user needs
- Fluency in English

Pyxera Global , a nonprofit based in Washington, DC, will be implementing an international corporate volunteer program in Mumbai, India.
The program is scheduled to take place from September 13th to 26th and Pyxera Global is seeking a junior project assistant, for these dates.
The potential candidate should be currently residing in Mumbai to provide program support services for the team of corporate volunteers staying in Mumbai, for the dates mentioned.
The selected Project Assistant(s) main responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
ROLES OF THE PROJECT ASSISTANT
- Support the Local Program Coordinator and Program Manager with logistics related to corporate volunteers arrivals/ departures / project related events. (this could include weekends)
- Available to the corporate volunteers while they are in Mumbai during regular working hours (i.e. 8 hours per day), Monday-Friday.
- Provide sequential interpretation or written translation (both ways; ENG-HINDI/MARATHI-ENG).
- Conduct research of documents to help the team find key information that meet the goals of the project.
- Participate in meetings and interviews with project stakeholders who do not speak English to provide sequential translation, as needed.
- Support the team in preparing final PowerPoint presentations and other supporting deliverables, as appropriate.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
- Experience with translating documents and providing sequential interpretation
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Reliability and time-flexibility
- Degree in Interpretation/Translation Studies
