**Key responsibilities:**
+ Build and Manage detailed financial models covering capex, pre-operative expenses, ROI and cashflow projections
+ Align financial plans with regulatory approval timelines and tech transfer milestones
+ Oversee end to end budgeting and cost control of project spends- land, civil works, utilities, plant and machinery, regulatory expenses and other pre-operative expenses
+ Track progress to budget and timelines.
+ Support Negotiation with Vendor along with Procurement.
+ Collaborate with Project team, Procurement and Engineering team to drive cost efficiency and avoid cost overruns.
+ Ensure project accounts are properly maintained as per accounting standards and compliance to statutory reporting guidelines
+ Support audit processes, subsidy documentation and internal controls.
