**Project Controls and Support**
+ Conduct monthly budget validation for new projects or those with recent change orders (CO).
+ Collaborate with controllers to verify the accuracy of financial reports, flagging discrepancies to PMs.
+ Assist with margin erosion tracking, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
**Tools and Processes Enhancement**
+ Manage weekly PTLF checks and provide actionable insights.
+ Utilize Oracle Financials to pull data for financial analysis and validations.
+ Implement improvements to tracking sheets for project contingencies and DLM management.
**Communication and Collaboration**
+ Act as a liaison between project managers and controllers for project rebaselining tasks.
+ Highlight issues requiring immediate attention and ensure engagement of admins in key project discussions.
**Rebaselining and Budget Management**
+ Assist PMs with rebaselining logic and guidelines when triggered by budget or performance deviations.
+ Monitor cost budgets and progress, providing conditional formatting and insights for better visibility.
**Financial Tracking and Reporting**
+ Support Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking, ensuring invoices are processed and projects are closed properly.
+ Flag critical issues related to margin erosion and suggest corrective actions.
**Additional Responsibilities**
+ Provide recommendations to managers on target DLMs for different clients and projects.
+ Collaborate on enhancements to the PTLF, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

+ Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and controlling strategy for assigned projects as guided by PMs/PCM, so that the approach taken in each case is effective and appropriate to the project needs and client requirements including setting standards and procedures, monitors and reports at project/portfolio level, prepare relevant project control dashboards for internal and external stakeholder communication.
+ Set up the baseline schedule and control procedures for assigned projects and monitor progress against the plan, so that any problems are recognised promptly.
+ Forecasting and cost to complete reporting to client (using client specified method and processes) and internally using off-line workbooks and online using company applications.
+ Set up regular internal / external (in collaboration with the Client PM) progress meetings. Engage with and manage relationships with clients, design professionals, contractors, and key trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with estimates and plans for bid/tenders.
+ Assist PMs/PCM with producing the EAC and Report on progress and earned value, to support financial forecasting and any necessary corrective action.
+ Taking ownership for the successful delivery of projects, giving leadership and direction to the team, effectively communicating with all parties.

+ Basic project management skills

**Responsibilities**
**Project Cost Control**
+ Ensure alignment with client expectations and deadlines by coordinating with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries.
+ Prepare billing drafts, compile and verify monthly invoices, and ensure accurate manual data entry and mapping to final invoice sheets.
+ Manage project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout activities in **Oracle Horizon** , including maintaining WBS structures, processing time transfers, and performing compliance checks.
+ Support financial analysis and reporting by using financial systems to track project performance metrics, generate monthly accruals, and assess the impacts of scope changes and forecast deviations.
+ Collaborate with design teams to collect engineering progress data for **Earned Value (EV) analysis** and maintain accurate tracking of planned value, actual cost, and schedule performance.
+ Act as a liaison between GCC India and US teams for project setup, billing, and timesheet coding, while supporting the P&B PMO team in portfolio monitoring.
+ Conduct data integrity checks, audits, and maintain project documentation, including lessons-learned databases and meeting records.
+ Apply extensive ERP knowledge for project creation, maintenance, and change management.
+ Create and track change orders, identify and quantify risks, and support mitigation efforts as a trusted partner to the Project Manager.
**Project Scheduling**
+ Create, update, and maintain resource and cost-loaded project schedules using **Microsoft Project (MSP)** or **Primavera P6** , based on stakeholder input, proposals, and scope documents.
+ Develop activity lists, identify critical paths, and notify teams of key activities and schedule risks.
+ Monitor project progress, detect deviations, and support recovery planning and schedule forecasting.
+ Assess and report on the impacts of changes to baseline schedules and milestones, ensuring timely updates and resolution tracking.
+ Support bids and proposals by preparing preliminary schedules and timelines.
+ Use **Earned Value Management (EVM)** and financial systems to analyze and report on project performance and KPIs.
+ Maintain accurate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and integrate project schedules under an **Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)** .
**Key Competencies / Skills:**
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially **Advanced Excel** ; experience with **Oracle ERP (Horizon/NetSuite)** and **Power BI** is an advantage.
+ Skilled in project scheduling tools such as **Primavera P6** , **Microsoft Project (MSP)** , and **Smartsheet** .
+ Strong understanding of **Earned Value Management (EVM)** and financial systems related to project control.
+ Minimum of **3 years' combined experience** in project scheduling, cost control, documentation, and procurement.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
+ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
+ Skilled in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate project records and WBS structures.

**Qualifications:**

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ **CAPM-PMI** or **PMP** certification is an added advantage.

**Project Cost Control**
+ Ensure alignment with client expectations and deadlines by coordinating with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries.

+ Ensure compliance with organizational automation standards and Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs) during implementation and operations.
+ Support end-user training and onboarding for project control applications.
+ Develop and execute test plans, migration plans, and manage new release documentation for project control toolkits.
+ Utilize SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and validation within BI and project control systems.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent Scientific or Engineering Degree or bachelor's degree in other academic stems with over 3 to 8 years of EPC industry on domestic and international field assignments.
+ Hands-on experience in EcoSys configuration and application support
+ Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data visualization.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Ability to adopt new platforms and new technologies to support business
+ Knowledge of Project Controls Tools, such as P6, Estimating systems, etc.
+ Must be amenable to working in shifts
