Required Skills And Tools
- Knowledge & Experience of Land Acquisition in Solar & Wind sector.
- Experience of independently handling the entire land acquisition process for solar/wind projects. Should be expert finding feasible sites and lands nearby.
- Identification, evaluation, and survey of proposed land for solar/wind projects. Scrutiny & comparison of various site options for suitability for solar/ wind sites, site visits and presenting the findings to the management in a concise manner for decision making.
- Charting land (Private / Govt./ Forest) acquisition process in the state of Andhra Pradesh and updating it on a regular basis covering activities/ stakeholders/ cost/ risks.
- Liaison with all A.P Govt. authorities at all levels required/ involved in the land acquisition process and getting required permits/ approvals in a time bound manner.
- Lead legal due diligence (LDD) and documentation with internal/ external lawyers and ensure clear and marketable title of the potential land before acquisition
- Assess potential RoW issues and ensure resolution through LF/As in a time-bound manner without impacting the project timelines. This also involves coordination and resolution of the legal issues pertaining to land acquisition, ROW and extend necessary support to other departments.
- Working closely with Aggregators and coordinate with them for faster execution of MoUs, Sale/ Lease Deeds/ POAs and related documents
- Keep the Management informed by circulating MIS of Litigations, Notices, and legal compliances. Discuss and suggest the proper course of action considering the legal risk.
- Coordination and Monitoring of Land Aggregators.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with knowledge and understanding of land documents
- Experience of Liaosning with government departments (Revenue, Panchayats, Taluka, etc.) for approvals and permissions
- Ability to manage the evaluation, verification, and preparation of land-related documents, including feasibility and title reports
- Experience in resolving Right of Way (ROW) issues on-site
- Conversant with guidelines/process etc required for Land Acquisition.
- Should be expert in achieving the State Grid Approvals. Manage legal correspondence and obtaining of development approvals for projects
- Should be able to handle Title search, Change of land use, Forest land/Agricultural land and document submission to PD/ Project Finance.
- Handling Government Agencies, Arbitration and land related litigation as required
- Should have knowledge in state laws including but not limited to Land Acquisition, state clearances, local body approvals, PWD approvals, State Transmission, Regulatory and Generation agencies
- Understand Statutory requirements and Legal Compliances for project approval from local TCAPL, NREDCAP, APSPDCL etc.
- Prepare feasibility reports, title reports, and legal opinions
- Coordinate with revenue officers for necessary government permissions Should have good networking skills, High energy levels.
- The candidates should be able to understand, read and write the Telugu language.

a. Meeting with authorities along with the Architect for obtaining required permission and relevant Licenses for operational purposes;
b. Coordinating with and assisting the National Office for availing Bank loan and grants from the Government.
c. Attending meeting of working committee at National Headquarters as and when
necessary.
Working with the Project Committee:
Holding and recording minutes of meetings of the Project Committee every month.
Recommending to the Project Committee, the appointment, and termination of service of Community Development/Supervisor/Housekeeper/Field Staff and domestic staff in accordance with rules and conditions of service drawn up by the National Personnel Committee and approved by the National Executive.
