The project:
This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.
Oversees, monitors and undertakes project and programme management activities on behalf of external/third-party clients, including conducting analysis and reviews to provide input into plans, processes and procedures to drive the improvement, completion and delivery of projects.
Delivers some internal and all external project objectives and KPI's, providing day to day management and leadership, as appropriate.

You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
You will be responsible for delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
On behalf of external/third-party clients, you will oversee the project management of the project on an individual and team basis from inception to post-completion.
Produces design and authorities programme to be integrated with procurement and delivery programme.
Manages the timely delivery to programme from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
Manages the timely sequencing/methodology and production of staging plans.
Performs two to five of the following non-project related roles; such as business reporting, pipeline management, bidding, business development, resourcing, commercial strategy and maximising our commercial position, managing Mace contract, contract extensions, cross-selling, invoicing, debt collection and P and L responsibility and other as directed by the senior leadership team.
Aligns to strategy to place construction to production, digital and data, service excellence, quality, assurance and sustainability at the heart of our delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in civil, or PG in construction planning/management or project management.

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a Project Director (F/M) to strengthen the SII subsidiary in India. Reporting to the Director of the subsidiary, you will be in charge of running project with tier 1 customer and structuring the delivery of the company.
Responsibilities
Your missions:
Your main accountability is to ensure your projects are delivered on quality, on time and at cost. In order to do so, you will need to focus on four aspects:
- The deployment of Extended Delivery, the SII Project Management framework and suite of tools which allows us to deliver efficiently within the SII global ecosystem
- Run local operations, in particular handling of teams across Aeronautics, Automotive, Banking, Telecom and Industrial Automation (and more in the future…)
- Defining and rolling out the technical skills strategy of the company
- Championing the development of project managers, team leaders and technical managers
In order to do so, you will be a privileged interlocutor of our delivery teams, our customers (decision makers, operational leaders …) as well as the global project management and business management entities of the group.
The projects you will work on will all be for tier 1 Indian and western customer, operating either as bespoke Indian entities or Offshore Delivery Centres of our European or North American SII entities.
In addition, you will support the business development. In particular, you will support key prospection meetings, identify opportunities with existing customers or projects and you will support the bid process. As part of the bid process your accountabilities will include the definition of the operating models, the creation of the technical answer, the definition of the ramp ups, skills management methodology and verification and validation processes.
Qualifications
You have a master&aposs degree in computer science or an engineering degree. You have solid experience in technical/cross-functional project management and at least 5 years of experience in project management. You have established and managed international projects worth several million euros.
Project management certifications (PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, IPMA C) are a plus.
You have an industry knowledge of at least one of the following: Aeronautics, Defense, Banking, Telecom or Industrial Automation.
Fluency in English is imperative; an additional European language is a plus. In addition to your technical skills, your personality will make the difference: professionalism, rigor and agility required.
