About the Role:
This is a key leadership role for a purpose-driven individual passionate about educational transformation. The Project Manager will lead the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) function for specific programs in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. They will play a crucial role in bringing rigor to program evaluation, ensuring that decisions are data-driven, and helping the organization grow into a leading thought leader in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Framework Design: Contribute to the overall MEL strategy, and create frameworks for the design and execution of MEL systems.
- Program Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of core programs, particularly an assessment reforms program in Bhopal, and use findings to inform and iterate on program design.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement systems and processes to improve MEL cycles and drive the use of data for programmatic decision-making.
- Capacity Building: Build the capacity of various program teams to define impact, interpret, and use data effectively.
- Thought Leadership and Research: Collaborate with senior leadership to build the organization into a sector thought leader. Contribute to research projects by collecting and analyzing data from organizations in India and abroad.
- Reporting: Produce high-quality, periodic evaluation reports for internal use and for funders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant educational background in international development, statistics, education, public policy, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the private or public sector with successful research management and monitoring/evaluation in the development sector. Prior experience in the education sector, especially with assessment-informed instruction, is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and executing MEL systems, including indicator selection, data collection, and database management.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent quantitative, qualitative, problem-solving, analytical, and statistical analysis skills. Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SPSS, Stata, R, Alteryx, or Python is required.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both English and Hindi.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Securities lending Product team in Gurgaon. We see a wide range of opportunities for our global clients by advancing our product in APAC markets. Supporting delivery of client and market expansions will be a key focus. Other areas of focus will be collateral, counterparty and market structure initiatives. In addition to partnering with external stakeholders, such as counterparties, vendors and trade associations, close partnership with internal groups, such as legal, tax, operations, technology and the global Securities Lending business are key in developing solutions for our clients. The Product team is responsible for the full product development life cycle from developing ideas, advocating for them to prioritising and implementing. In addition to leading Product initiatives for APAC clients, the team also leads initiatives for our US and EMEA client base.
**What will you be doing?**
+ Lead primary fund onboarding due diligence and oversight for EMEA and APAC fund
+ Lead collateral, counterparty and market structure initiatives and support senior team members on strategic initiatives
+ Monthly leadership reporting and ad hoc data analysis
+ Provide thought leadership on the evolution of the Securities Lending market in APAC
+ For most initiatives, close partnership with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Public Policy or other teams will be required
