We're Hiring: Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, emails, and communications with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple engagements.
- Organize and support the scheduling and execution of CMMC certification training sessions.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and flagging potential risks early.
- Maintain up-to-date project data in our PSA tool to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy for leadership and internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients via email.
- Proactively escalate concerns or issues related to client satisfaction or internal operations.
- Take on additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operations or project coordination in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and familiar with project delivery methodologies.
