Responsibilities
- Preparation of Project Schedule of different levels according to client requirement (Knowledge of software tools like Primavera P6, MS Project & MS Excel will be preferred) covering entire scope and within defined timelines
- Participate in kick-offs and on-going meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirement
- Plan resources, arrangements & allocation of resources as per project plan and calculating optimal resources requirements ensuring of agreed /adequate resources available at site.
- Prepare and Review Erection Methodology.
- Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.
- Checking Erectors / Subcontractors bill according to agreed Payment terms. Prepare contracts negotiated revisions, changes & additional to contractual agreement with client, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review subcontractors/erectors planning and resources schedule for effective utilization of time & Cost.
- Tracking material delivery in SAP & Status of bought out materials, coordinating with Projects Head to ensure project execution on time
- Develop and maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedure
- Monitors construction schedules & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.
To analyze the gaps between the planned vs. actual and highlight the areas.
- Participating in project review meetings with clients/consultants for tracking project progress, & Conducting VC meetings with all stakeholders.
- Checking the equipment condition at the time of mobilization & the skilled manpower deployed on job.
- Monitored the CPM Network and controlled critical activities w.r.t time, cost and quality, ensuring that project steps are in alignments with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
- Development of New good experienced Erectors.
- Pre- Planning meeting (HO).
- Pre-Execution meeting (Site).
- Pre –Closure meeting (VC).
- Job Handover /Closure meeting.
- Site Visits & Meeting with Consultant/Customer.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
+ Manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, and programming of work.
