- **Work Order Management**:
- Review and proofread new work orders to ensure alignment with submitted proposals, terms and conditions, and other contractual clauses.
- **Client Liaison and Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, feedback collection, and work order renewal discussions.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term business connections.
- **Work Completion Documentation**:
- Coordinate with clients to obtain Work Completion and Work Execution Letters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Oversee various project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all ongoing projects, facilitating smooth operations and communication.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Liaise with internal teams, including HR, Recruitment, Business Development, Accounts, and Management, to ensure project requirements are met.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive records of tasks and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
- **Tender and Bid Management**:
- Assist in searching for tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing bid submissions.
- Keep track of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) submissions and deadlines.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Participate in any miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the team.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities for work order renewals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good grasping capability and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
- Familiarity with documentation and administrative work related to tenders and project coordination is advantageous.
