**Position**:Project Coordinator cum Assistant

**Location**:Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka

**Summary of Job**:This incumbent will be responsible for providing Secretarial & Administrative support to the Director. He/she will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters and maintain the utmost confidentiality. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating all external relations and organizing events/projects, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize official correspondence.
- Draft reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and official communications.
- Prepare documentation and reports for academic bodies, regulatory authorities, and internal governance.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director’s office and faculty, administrative departments, students, and external agencies/vendors, etc.
- Assist in developing and executing academic research projects, literature reviews, and data analysis.
- Responsible for file management both physically and electronically, which will include: organizing documents in files/folders as required; retrieval, sequencing, etc.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.

**Skill Set**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Advanced knowledge of IT skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentation.
- Strong administrative, organizational and clerical skills

**Job Knowledge:

- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and sensitivity, including, but not limited to: meetings, documents, agendas, schedules, travel, and other matters with employees/know-how, etc.
- Knowledge of complex calendar management.
- Knowledge of office processes.

**Education Qualification**:

- Graduate preferably in Science/Computer Science/Finance/Economics/Statistics
- And/or any other Diploma/Degree/Course Certification matching the desired role will be an added advantage

**Experience**:

- Min. 3 years of experience in handling Secretarial Activities supporting & working with the Executive/Leaders/Directors/Heads

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
