Role Overview
As a Project Management Consultant (PMC), you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of premium timber construction projects. Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors, you will ensure projects meet Artius standards of innovation, sustainability, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to align project objectives.
- Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders for seamless execution.
2. Technical Expertise
- Conduct basic structural calculations and apply engineering principles.
- Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve structural and technical challenges.
3. Site Management and Execution
- Monitor on-site progress to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
4. Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and technical records.
- Ensure timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or construction.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and basic calculations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with diverse teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
