As a Program Manager for Size and Fit, you will work with cross functional teams to solve the customer problem of size and fit globally.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders (product, tech, category etc.) to improve the Customer Experience and efficiency, leveraging tech products and manual workforce. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across category teams to identify the size and fit experience gaps, surface findings, and influence the changes needed to fix them long-term. You will perform frequent documentation and writing tasks to effectively communicate complicated problems, strategies, and results to senior-leaders.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end business strategy, customer experience & offering
- Track and report program effectiveness metrics to stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyze and tune messaging to maximize impact
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to drive policy change or improvements that ensure the best customer experience
- Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases for the product manager
- Own Org Planning and OP contributions for the program
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and customer risks at multiple levels

A day in the life
The successful candidate will have good project management skill with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big and identify game-changing opportunities. In addition, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable, secure, and flexible - all while maintaining customer and business partner focus. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting our customers' and vendors' needs.
The individual would have targets on process standardization, automation and business metrics. Would engage with the business and support/service teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and sound reporting metrics. About the team
Size & Fit team within the Retail Business Services (RBS) group identify catalog issues impacting CX at scale, and set up mechanisms to fix them. Our solutions ensure information in Amazon's catalogs is both complete and comprehensive enough to give our customers a great shopping experience every time.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

**Job Summary**
This position ties technology to our business needs and determines how new solutions, carrier business rules, and industry changes will affect our customers. He/She performs analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our carrier business partners. This position enables the organization to achieve its goals and brings value to our teams and customers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity.
+ Serves as liaison between our Business Development, Development and Quality Assurance teams.
+ Serves as the primary technical contact with carrier partners and certification teams.
+ Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis
+ Hands-on experience with Software Development tools and ability to perform some scripting tasks
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
+ Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Computer Science or related field - Preferred
+ Experience with Carrier business rules and industry standards - Preferred

**Job Description:**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to help drive cross-functional projects and ensure smooth collaboration across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. This role focuses on project execution, team coordination, and the facilitation of Agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have experience as a **Scrum Master, Project Coordinator** or in a similar role where communication, organization, and delivery were key to success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to refine requirements and ensure team alignment.
+ Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
+ Identify and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary to ensure continued progress.
+ Support project documentation including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
+ Assist in backlog grooming and user story definition to ensure readiness for development.
+ Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in a **Project Coordinator** and/or **Scrum Master** role.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
+ Experience preparing project documentation and facilitating team meetings.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification.
+ Experience working in software development or IT infrastructure environments.
+ Understanding of SDLC, change management, and release coordination.
+ Exposure to stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
