**Qualifications You Must Have**

+ Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
+ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
