Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Project Delivery Leader with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations to spearhead delivery excellence, presales engagements, and solution design. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), along with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs in the manufacturing industry . Preference will be given to candidates with Big 4 consulting experience and a strong background in India delivery models .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs , ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
- Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client's business needs, with a focus on manufacturing industry environments.
- Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
- Support presales initiatives , including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
- Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps .
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
- Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions (Fiori, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, etc.) to enhance client outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall SAP experience , including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
- Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay .
- Demonstrated presales capabilities : solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
- Experience in India-based delivery models with distributed/global teams.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience , especially in India delivery projects .
- Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) to support local client engagements.
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules / S/4HANA.
