Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving team performance and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting team leads, delegating high-priority tasks, managing project documentation and reports, facilitating meetings, monitoring project progress, and communicating project objectives and organizational changes to the team. Additionally, you will manage service level agreements (SLAs) and provide timely responses to inquiries related to project execution and organizational developments. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure successful execution of client requirements, driving optimum team performance.

• Address queries related to organizational changes, project activities, decision rationales, business opportunities or risks, and project execution strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables by identifying and mitigating potential obstacles.

• Qualifications:
• Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the IT/Non-IT industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documentation management and report preparation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Department - PPC ( Project Planning Control)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Project Schedule of different levels according to client requirement (Knowledge of software tools like Primavera P6, MS Project & MS Excel will be preferred) covering entire scope and within defined timelines
• Participate in kick-offs and on-going meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirement
• Plan resources, arrangements & allocation of resources as per project plan and calculating optimal resources requirements ensuring of agreed /adequate resources available at site.
• Prepare and Review Erection Methodology.
• Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.
• Checking Erectors / Subcontractors bill according to agreed Payment terms. Prepare contracts negotiated revisions, changes & additional to contractual agreement with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractors/erectors planning and resources schedule for effective utilization of time & Cost.
• Tracking material delivery in SAP & Status of bought out materials, coordinating with Projects Head to ensure project execution on time
• Develop and maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedure
• Monitors construction schedules & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.

To analyze the gaps between the planned vs. actual and highlight the areas.

• Participating in project review meetings with clients/consultants for tracking project progress, & Conducting VC meetings with all stakeholders.
• Checking the equipment condition at the time of mobilization & the skilled manpower deployed on job.

• Monitored the CPM Network and controlled critical activities w.r.t time, cost and quality, ensuring that project steps are in alignments with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
