Job Description
Responsible for Order execution/project management of various EPC & Revamp Projects & equipment orders for MHE, Mining, Cement Plants.
Project Planning:
Develop project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations personnel.
Supervise and coordinate site team, contractors and consultants.
Supply Management:
Oversee Supply management including coordinating with suppliers & manufacturing unit and logistics.
Ensure compliance with Quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Identify future risk and mitigate potential cost risks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
Foster relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., safety, environmental, technical).
Develop and implement contingency plans.
Reviewing, Reporting and Monitoring:
Track project performance metrics (e.g., schedule, budget, safety). WBS structure preparation and upload, go live in SAP/ERP system.
Prepare and present monthly & quarterly progress reports to stakeholders. Review of Purchase order and enquiry /offer documents, Commercial terms, obligations, technical scope and deliverables. Planning scheduling of order and set the timelines for each stage
Monitoring the payment follow-up and financial accounting of customer. Cash flow plan. 100% payment collection and get release of all obligations ABG, PBG and any liability as per the contract /PO.

tight deadlines, often requiring same-day deliveries. Through strategic planning, this
resource optimizes workflows, identifies workarounds for challenges, and cultivates

Responsibilities:
● Set up and manage large in-house/outsourced project execution teams and their
associated processes to ensure successful project completion.
● Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks, delays, and
team performance to globally dispersed teams, executives, and other sponsors.
