Recommending properties for selection based on comprehensive evaluation of property including market study, legal due diligence, Technical study, financial feasibility & study of customer footfall. This will involve working closely with the functional teams from operations, Finance, Legal & Projects.


Negotiate commercial terms for shortlisted properties on leave & license basis. Ensure transparency & rigour in deals.

2. Broker & Partner Engagement

4. Monitoring & Productivity Management

5. Financial & Rental Budgeting
