**DESCRIPTION**
This role is responsible for planning and maintaining daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers and customers. The incumbent will lead operational reviews, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position supports US time zone operations and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and supply-demand alignment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the first line of escalation for operational issues across the supply chain.
+ Lead weekly operational reviews with regional leaders and prepare reports for container management centers.
+ Facilitate the fortnightly steering committee with cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Manage daily operational processes for critical supply chain segments.

+ Champion preventive practices and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
