+ Strong experience in AI-assisted software development.

About the Role
This position serves as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers. In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this role provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
+ Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable and high-performance Java-based and cloud-based solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions.
+ Drive best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud architecture.
+ Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
+ Contribute to hiring, training, and developing top engineering talent.
Requirements
+ 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
+ Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
+ Experience in large-scale distributed systems and high-performance applications.
+ Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern cloud technologies.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
+ Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing and growing a team.
+ Nice to have experience with NoSQL, such as Solr , ES, Redis, Cassandra.
+ Familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and observability tools.
+ Previous experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
