We are searching for a QA Analyst who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront. The QA Analyst is a key member of the Global People Modernization Sustain Organization who will report to the QA Manager. The QA Analyst will bring experience with regression and feature testing procedures, including developing test automation. The QA Analyst will be comfortable using Agile methodologies in a Product Centric organization.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Experience working with SAP Success Factors, SAP Business Technology Platform
- Regression suite review, creation and running of test cases and scripts.
- Assist the QA Manager with SAP Success Factors release activities.
- Develop QA Automation for both functional and integration testing
- Jira Zephyr Test Management Experience
- QA Tools hands on experience Tosca, Neoload, Github, CI/CD pipeline. Tosca is critical.
- Adhere to QA Best Practices & Process Standardization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT QA
- Exp in Autoation tool, Tosca automation experience is preferred.
- Zephyr, Q-Test or any test management tool experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with testing employee self service engagement application is highly desirable.
