Role & responsibilities

• Precise Knowledge of all aspect of Civil Construction.
• Responsible for QA/QC Documentation including Calibration Certificates,Test Results, Inspection Reports / Results, Non- Compliance Reports/ Closure Reports, Site Instructions/ Observation Records.
• Review the Quality of Materials received at site to ensure they conform to Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure implementation of all Test and Inspection Schedules.
• Ensure Compliance to QMS standards and Procedures.
• Ensure continuous application of all QA/QC Processes and recommend Corrective essential.
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO Standards is essential.
• Ensure Check Lists are followed for all construction activities. Co-ordinate with captive / Third party RMC plants in maintaining quality of Concrete.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering With Minimum 10 Years experience in Civil Construction Projects.

• Carry out regular inspections at site to ensure that QA/QC requirements are fulfilled as per relevant codes / standards / specifications / approved drawings/ITP.
• Monitor the performance of welders and take timely action upon unsatisfactory welder performance.
• Follow up with sub-contractor on closure of punch points.
• Obtain Inspection Release note from Client or their nominated inspection agency / certifying authority upon completion of work.
• Coordinate with sub-contractor for submission of As Built / Final documentation.
