· In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
· Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.

Developing an automation roadmap helps initiate the right framework and maintain the existing automation suite.

What You'll Do

Ensuring overall quality of the deliverables and test sign off will be the key responsibility.

Responsible for directing the QA leadership team.

Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.

Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.

Work with different groups like Ops, Software Development, Pre-sales to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.

Overall 7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation

Minimum 3 years of experience working in agile projects

In depth knowledge of test automation using Selenium

Good knowledge in web service testing using Rest Assured

Decent SQL and Database Testing skills

Strong Skills in API Testing

Good Knowledge in Performance testing using any tools like Apache JMeter

JUnit : Good working experience

Experience in development of test automation framework as Data driven/Keyword driven/Hybrid/POM. Should have developed 1 or more automation frameworks from scratch.

As part of our dynamic and growing IT Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and performance of enterprise applications through robust automation strategies, especially across financial systems such as Varicent, NetSuite and SuccessFactors.
**You will play a key role in** :
Ensuring that Varicent, NetSuite, SuccessFactors and related finance tools deliver exceptional quality and performance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, validating integrations and workflows, and proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks.
**Your responsibilities** :
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts for Varicent and other financial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end processes across sprint grooming, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across UI, API, and data layers.
- Analyze and recreate defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are documented and resolved effectively.

**Minimum Requirements:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation, preferably with exposure to Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
- Proven track record as a QA Engineer or similar role with expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust Automation frameworks using Java, C#, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with REST API automation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**Preferred Requirements:**
- Experience with business applications such as NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, and Dell Boomi.
- Familiarity with Varicent configuration, workflows, or data validation.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, ACCELQ, or TestNG.
- Experience using Jira for Agile/Scrum project execution.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.

The Senior Associate Software Quality Assurance / Testing Engineer is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting with every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.

This role provides support in the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively supports the planning, execution, reporting, and successful completion of QA activities for all new development cycles for various releases.

Contributes to Agile-related user story review meetings and/or work with relevant business stakeholders and developers to understand the new or modified application functionality.

Receives instructions to work with the required user community (such as Regions or the Product Owner) to understand business requirements and uphold quality of each release by ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end testing coverage.
