Role Overview:
At Fiftyfive5, our Account Managers work with clients to define key business challenges and shape quantitative and qualitative studies to answer those challenges. They provide deep research expertise through proposals, drafting recruitment specs, questionnaires, running in-depth interviews and online moderation.
In this highly varied role, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of clients in environmental, sustainability, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG and other industries. This team work on ad hoc quantitative and qualitative research projects, so you will love the diversity and exposure that brings. Working across a range of clients (mix of local & international), you will:
Help to develop client relationships that thrive and endure. Working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape qualitative studies that will answer to those challenges
Conduct, deliver and help to deploy qualitative research that is sharp, smart, inventive, pragmatic and commercial
Able to generate quantitative solutions, coordinating input from all project members
Demonstrate expertise in analysis software packages such as SPSS, Excel and Q
Understand research techniques across a range of applications
Contribute to proposals, research design and costing
Draft recruitment specs, questionnaires and stimulus etc
