What role you will play in our team
The Global Quality Assurance (“QA”) Advisor position provides supports to ExxonMobil Global Business Unit Product Quality Systems by conducting laboratory quality assurance assessments, providing expert quality assurance and laboratory methods consulting advice, and working with external organizations to improve industry laboratory and quality standards.QA Advisors are required to interface with local laboratory staff, Business unit Product Quality Advisors, Corporate Auditors, and external organizations. Global QA Advisors interact with the Global EMBSI (ExxonMobil Biomedical Sciences, Inc) team to implement the business unit lab assessment program and provide technical consulting support.
Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office (WFO) for 5 days in a week.
What you will do
- Assess whether a laboratory follows quality control procedures and standards or not.
- Assess ExxonMobil and third-party contract laboratories against internal as well as industry standards including ISO 17025.
- Conduct assessments at laboratory sites or remotely through desk-top or video audits as required; travel requirement is typically 50%.
- Examine laboratory standards, procedures, test methods, and testing equipment for conformance to requirements.
- Accurately pinpoint issues in documentation, data quality, and performance through the assessment.
- Prepare well-written assessment reports documenting the assessment, compliance status, and recommendations for enhancing the quality system.
- Lead assessment preparation, progress, and close-out meetings with staff and management as required. Assist laboratory staff with audit follow-up when required.
- Coordinate with auditing teams and ensure excellent communication between teams and laboratory management.
- Assist in the development of the assessment schedule and plan. Assist in the development of annual budgets for assigned assessment areas.
- Provide professional and technical input for enhancements to data integrity and quality systems.
- Provide quality assurance technical support and consulting to laboratories as required.
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BE in Chemical / Polymer / Oil & Gas or MSc with min 5 Yrs of auditing experience.
- Should have minimum 3 Yrs of Laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of product quality assurance systems and methods including ISO9001 / ISO17025 / IATF.
- Solid experience with auditing tools such as control charts and statistical methods related to test methods and data.
- Oil and Chemical industry laboratory and manufacturing experience.
- HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) Certification, or the ability to complete HUET training course.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in commonly available software including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to effectively manage working time and schedule.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional presentation, listening, and communication skills.
- ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications are desirable
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team of auditors and independently.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both oral and written English.
- Must have efficiently written technical reports and effectively presented the information related to assessments.
- Strong ability to coach and educate team members and laboratory staff.
- Must be willing to travel to international locations.

About You
Skills & Qualifications
Marine operations, technical and/or nautical expertise and experience between 5 -10 years as a marine officer.

Comprehensive understanding of EM OIMS, CIMS, standards and procedures for management reporting.
Previous work experience on shore side or ship board operations roles dealing with deep sea tankers or marine terminal operations

Expert advisory on marine operations and risk mitigation for ExxonMobil stakeholders and monitors assurance for new vessel's onboarding and assessment of operators for compliance with OVMSA and vetting requirements.

Work with the managed service provider (MSP) marine quality assurance (MQA) team on various tasks related to the assessment and stewardship of vessels and operators engage in EM related business.
Serve as subject matter expert on the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of marine assets (OSVs, PSVs, Crew boats, AHTs etc.) used in EM business.
Interfaces with OSV Operators, Drilling Contractor, Key Service Providers & MSP’s, Industry Groups & peers; Stays abreast of latest advancement of technology / solutions and influence stakeholder decisions
Shape and participate in future technology development both internally and externally

What you will do

Steward fleet performance of offshore support vessels/PSVs and associated marine operators and scrutinize deviations from PMS compliance and acceptable operational risk thresholds
Support inspection of OSVs in operations, maintenance, general condition & regulatory compliance
Plan, Execute and monitor fleet uptime, OPEX, fuel consumptions etc. and manage marine contractors to ensure desired performance and compliance with contractual terms.
Review supply vessel daily operations via daily noon reports and fleet reports and identify deviations and take proactive actions to ensure health of fleet is maintained
Support inspection of OSVs in operations, maintenance, general condition & vessel performances
Ensure vessels are carrying out PMS as per contractual terms and manage operators to ensure that vessels are well maintained to minimize potential for downtime
Monitor daily fuel consumption and scrutinize deviations of field support vessels.
Attend monthly meetings with Vessel Operators and EM stakeholders
Support advisory for annual, special & damage surveys, UWILD activities, ROV operations; Support offshore operations for all other marine related activities.
Stewardship of key EM Best Practices including upstream marine quality assurance, marine collision avoidance and dynamic positioning best practices.
About You
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 yr. experience in offshore vessel operations, focus on OVMSA, OVIQ, and DP systems.
- Previous work experience on shore side operations or vessel related roles dealing with OSV's or supply vessels, platforms, drill ships or production units.
- Experience in marine assurance, DP Trails, FMEA’s, DP Gap Analysis, Marine Warranty Surveys etc.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards with preferably DP Operator Certificate.
- Experience with vessel audits and inspections; Familiarity with maritime safety management systems.

Subject matter expertise in the support of Global Marine (GM) innovation and external advocacy initiatives.
Serve as subject matter expert on the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of marine assets (hydrocarbon transportation vessels, offshore support vessels, and floating terminals) used in EM business.
Expert advisory on ship-handling and seamanship, vessel administration, cargo and ballast operations, mooring & towing operations, terminal interfaces, regulatory compliance, operation and repair of vessel machinery systems, and vessel emergency response.
Leverage this knowledge to interface between various EM business units and MSP Project Advisory team to identify, develop, and execute marine technical and operational solutions, in a project management role utilizing MSP personnel on a subcontractor basis.

Work with the MSP’s MQA team on various tasks related to the assessment of candidate third party Offshore vessels and vessel operators for EM service, and the stewardship of contracted vessels
Steward fleet performance of offshore support vessels/PSVs and associated marine operators and scrutinize deviations from PMS compliance and acceptable operational risk thresholds
Support inspection of OSVs in operations, maintenance, general condition & regulatory compliance
Plan, Execute and monitor fleet uptime, OPEX, fuel consumptions etc. and manage marine contractors to ensure desired performance and compliance with contractual terms.
Review supply vessel daily operations via daily noon reports and fleet reports and identify deviations and take proactive actions to ensure health of fleet is maintained
Support inspection of OSVs in operations, maintenance, general condition & vessel performances
Ensure vessels are carrying out PMS as per contractual terms and manage operators to ensure that vessels are well maintained to minimize potential for downtime
Monitor daily fuel consumption and scrutinize deviations of field support vessels.
Attend monthly meetings with Vessel Operators and EM stakeholders
Support advisory for annual, special & damage surveys, UWILD activities, ROV operations; Support offshore operations for all other marine related activities.
Stewardship of key EM Best Practices including upstream marine quality assurance, marine collision avoidance and dynamic positioning best practices.

What role you will play in our team
The Data Quality Business Analyst ensures data accuracy, completeness, reliability, and relevance across systems. This role involves managing enhancement requests, defining DQ rule definitions, and maintaining relationships with internal customers.
Job will be based at Bangalore , Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.
What you will do
- Manage the CDO’s (Customer Data office) Enterprise Data Quality enhancement requests, translating business requirements into technical ones for EMIT and tracking them in the ADO board.
- Define DQ rule definitions in alignment with Business and Data Stewards, including scope and DQ rule logic.
- Implementing new DQ rules in Collibra DQ tool
- Maintain relationships with internal customers requiring Data Quality report services.
- Establish and maintain adequate Data Quality (DQ) monitoring via data quality dashboards for enterprise data assets within the data foundation.
- Support the DQ Product Manager with DQ strategy building.
- Implement data quality tools and processes, and participate in data integration and migration projects.
- Create and maintain dashboards and scoreboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, usage, and criticality to business outcomes.
- Identify, analyze, and document data quality issues, including inconsistencies, duplications, inaccuracies, and incomplete data.
- Facilitate the resolution of data quality issues by coordinating with Data Stewardship teams.

**The Role:**
We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead who will support GKN Automotive Engineering business process development.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Define Process & Tools improvement strategy at the Organizational level with the approval from Senior Management and monitor / report the Process/Tools improvement strategy as per the defined periodicity.
+ Process improvement lead shall have good exposure to System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Software Engineering and associated methods and tools to define and implement the relevant methods in the tools based on the agreed processes.
+ To ensure the processes are released in the Landscape STAGES according to the ASPICE, ISO 21434, ISO 26262 and ensuring compliance within the Engineering Organization.
+ To ensure the process and our tools are aligned. The Process lead shall have a good understanding of Method Park STAGES, Enterprise Architect, Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Grafana) and also the Application Life cycle management tools (Windchill RV&S or Code beamer or Polarion etc.,)
+ Act as interface between Process and Tools team and the other engineering domains to define the right methods for the processes.
+ Support ASPICE L2 topic across the engineering organization, to define, implement the objectives together with the Process Manager.
+ Process improvement lead is responsible with Process Manager to define the requirements needed for ISO standards / ASPICE and the team from Safety / Security needs to review the defined processes before release to the Process landscape
+ Create & provide training in case of identified training needs to support implementation of processes and tools (Identification of trainings needs itself is from the responsible manager of the employee and the HR).
+ Leading the Process & Tools CCB meetings to ensure the processes defined and the implementation in the tools match each other.
**Who you'll be:**
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Automotive domain and hands on experience in Process Development, Process modeling, Tools know-how especially in the complete V-model development.
**Essential Skills**
+ Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree
+ 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Automotive domain
+ Experience in Process modeling & Process architecture
+ Strong in ASPICE and basic concepts about Fusa & Cybersecurity
+ Good functional consultant skills bridging process and tools
+ Good Problem solving skills
+ Python programming & Database scripting will be added advantage.
**Tool Skills**
