Expert advisory on marine operations and risk mitigation for ExxonMobil stakeholders and monitors assurance for new vessel's onboarding and assessment of operators for compliance with OVMSA and vetting requirements.

Work with the managed service provider (MSP) marine quality assurance (MQA) team on various tasks related to the assessment and stewardship of vessels and operators engage in EM related business.
Serve as subject matter expert on the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of marine assets (OSVs, PSVs, Crew boats, AHTs etc.) used in EM business.
Interfaces with OSV Operators, Drilling Contractor, Key Service Providers & MSP’s, Industry Groups & peers; Stays abreast of latest advancement of technology / solutions and influence stakeholder decisions
Shape and participate in future technology development both internally and externally

What you will do

Steward fleet performance of offshore support vessels/PSVs and associated marine operators and scrutinize deviations from PMS compliance and acceptable operational risk thresholds

Plan, Execute and monitor fleet uptime, OPEX, fuel consumptions etc. and manage marine contractors to ensure desired performance and compliance with contractual terms.
Review supply vessel daily operations via daily noon reports and fleet reports and identify deviations and take proactive actions to ensure health of fleet is maintained
Support inspection of OSVs in operations, maintenance, general condition & vessel performances
Ensure vessels are carrying out PMS as per contractual terms and manage operators to ensure that vessels are well maintained to minimize potential for downtime
Monitor daily fuel consumption and scrutinize deviations of field support vessels.
Attend monthly meetings with Vessel Operators and EM stakeholders
Support advisory for annual, special & damage surveys, UWILD activities, ROV operations; Support offshore operations for all other marine related activities.
Stewardship of key EM Best Practices including upstream marine quality assurance, marine collision avoidance and dynamic positioning best practices.
About You
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 yr. experience in offshore vessel operations, focus on OVMSA, OVIQ, and DP systems.
- Previous work experience on shore side operations or vessel related roles dealing with OSV's or supply vessels, platforms, drill ships or production units.
- Experience in marine assurance, DP Trails, FMEA’s, DP Gap Analysis, Marine Warranty Surveys etc.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards with preferably DP Operator Certificate.
- Experience with vessel audits and inspections; Familiarity with maritime safety management systems.
- Proficiency in using marine software and tools such as ExxonMobil MQA processes, procedures

Subject matter expertise in the support of Global Marine (GM) innovation and external advocacy initiatives.
Serve as subject matter expert on the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of marine assets (hydrocarbon transportation vessels, offshore support vessels, and floating terminals) used in EM business.
Expert advisory on ship-handling and seamanship, vessel administration, cargo and ballast operations, mooring & towing operations, terminal interfaces, regulatory compliance, operation and repair of vessel machinery systems, and vessel emergency response.
Leverage this knowledge to interface between various EM business units and MSP Project Advisory team to identify, develop, and execute marine technical and operational solutions, in a project management role utilizing MSP personnel on a subcontractor basis.

**What role you will play in our team**:
- ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced Marine Professional to join our global team, driving competitive advantage through growing business and fleet of contracted vessels worldwide.

- Work with the managed service provider (MSP) marine quality assurance (MQA) team on various tasks related to the assessment and stewardship of vessels and operators engage in EM related business.
- Subject matter expertise in the support of Global Marine (GM) innovation and external advocacy initiatives.
- Expert advisory on ship-handling and seamanship, vessel administration, cargo and ballast operations, mooring & towing operations, terminal interfaces, regulatory compliance, operation and repair of vessel machinery systems, and vessel emergency response.
- Leverage this knowledge to interface between various EM business units and MSP Project Advisory team to identify, develop, and execute marine technical and operational solutions, in a project management role utilizing MSP personnel on a subcontractor basis.
Job location is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka**
**What you will do**:
- Implementing and stewarding Performance Improvement Roadmaps with key operators not meeting expectations; Engaging with vessel operator in higher severity incidents and keeping relevant internal stakeholders informed.
- Reviewing higher severity incidents involving EM chartered vessels, including any associated gap closure activities; Emergency response support activities, as outlined in the GM “Marine Emergency Support Response Plan”.
- Processing screenings in “SMARTQA” system where elevated approvals (i.e. beyond the authority of the MSP); Work with the MSP to evaluate / approve STS Service Providers and STS locations;
- Engaging with EM affiliates to provide solutions related to ongoing or potential voyages, chartered vessels / potential vessels, terminals, STS, risk screenings, voyage order clauses, and preventative / mitigative measures.
- Determine if task specific Risk Screening is required for evaluation and provide advisory
- Business continuity plan (BCP) activities, including vessel screenings in “SmartQA” MSP is unavailable.
- Support of EM Upstream MQA activities, as outlined in the EM “Marine Quality Assurance Production Best Practice.”
- Preliminary contract review & ad-hoc projects support

What role you will play in our team
The Data Quality Business Analyst ensures data accuracy, completeness, reliability, and relevance across systems. This role involves managing enhancement requests, defining DQ rule definitions, and maintaining relationships with internal customers.
Job will be based at Bangalore , Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.
What you will do
- Manage the CDO’s (Customer Data office) Enterprise Data Quality enhancement requests, translating business requirements into technical ones for EMIT and tracking them in the ADO board.
- Define DQ rule definitions in alignment with Business and Data Stewards, including scope and DQ rule logic.
- Implementing new DQ rules in Collibra DQ tool
- Maintain relationships with internal customers requiring Data Quality report services.
- Establish and maintain adequate Data Quality (DQ) monitoring via data quality dashboards for enterprise data assets within the data foundation.
- Support the DQ Product Manager with DQ strategy building.
- Implement data quality tools and processes, and participate in data integration and migration projects.
- Create and maintain dashboards and scoreboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, usage, and criticality to business outcomes.
- Identify, analyze, and document data quality issues, including inconsistencies, duplications, inaccuracies, and incomplete data.
- Facilitate the resolution of data quality issues by coordinating with Data Stewardship teams.
- Execute queries promptly following successful data extracts.
- Assist Lead Data Steward & Data Governance Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and conduct data cleansing activities.
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 2 years work experience data quality related fields, analytics, quality modeling
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data quality tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with self-serve ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx).
- Familiarity with SAP ECC & S/4 modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) and business processes (OtC, PtP, SC, Financials, PtA, etc.).
- Understanding of applications integration, Basis, security, and relational databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Business process acumen.
- Applied knowledge of Business Intelligence technologies (HANA 2.0, BOBI, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, MSBI, BODS, BO IS, ABAP, SDA, SDI, SLT, and SQL)
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Six Sigma).
