We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform, and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
QMS Development, Implementation & Maintenance:
- Good knowledge of quality processes, methods and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, ensuring it aligns with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IS ) and customer requirements.
- Design and document quality processes, procedures, and work instructions for entire Organization across all processes.
- Preparation of organization QMS Manual, Procedure based on the ISO 9001, AS9100D & IS requirements
- Certified System Internal Auditor as per the ISO/AS requirement, Conducting periodic Internal audit, Process Audit, Product Audit.
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve processes.
- Assisting MR in conducting monthly MRM, monitoring the objectives and KPI’s to be in line with the company objectives and follow up, updating Objective Matrix and action to achieve the Targets, ensuring QMS effectiveness.
- Liaisoning with the third party (certification body) and second party (customer) audit NC closing and follow up.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, identify improvement areas and implement solutions with Lean methodology like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Poka-yoke to improve safety, reliability, cost.
- Responsible for conducting data analysis & preparing dashboards, flow charts, monitoring trends and implementing corrective action in coordination with internal teams.
- Preparing & Coaching on internal training modules.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including procedures, records, and reports.
- Manage document control activities, ensuring proper version control and access.
Should have skills:
- Should have good knowledge of quality activities and processes.
- Internal Auditor certified for ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO27001 and other standards
- Lead auditor will be preferred (not mandatory)
- Should have worked as MR or under MR assisting in document preparation, conducting auditing & MRM.
