Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to improve processes, products, and services to meet quality standards.

QA freshers or 1-2 years experienced candidates in sterile formulations,

• Exposure in preparation of SOPs.
• Exposure in QMS (Deviation, Change control, CAPA, QRM).
• Exposure in shopfloor line clearance, sampling and dispensing activities
• Exposure in preparation of BMRs and BPRs.
• Exposure in training, issuance and control of documents.
• Co-ordination for Process validation and cleaning validation sampling.
• Preparation of Site Master File, Quality Manual, Quality Agreements, and coordinate Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
• Co-ordination for Vendor management system.
• Exposure in preparation/ review of URS, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols & reports for equipments / instruments coordination with user department.
• Coordination with third party for calibration related activities.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure compliance and quality of the process within an account.

Do

• Track and review the process quality through audits
• Develop audit plan as per SOP and allocate reviews to the analysts
• Monitor to ensure that the audits are being conducted as per plan
• Review the audit data across the account to review the account performance on quality parameters, identify the error trends
• Prepare reports for review for the internal leadership as well as client
• Identify the best practices and work with the delivery team to deploy for improvement
• Ensure compliance part of the process by front-ending with the external auditors CMMIE or any onsite audits, coordinating with the internal teams and working with SDH and AH to develop SOPs and compliance registers as required for the audits.
• Drive training within the account to ensure process quality is maintained
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of the errors to identify the training intervention to bridge the gap
• conduct monthly trainings based on the error types identified in the process audits
• Deploy various training methods (classroom based, web based etc) to develop the skill and reduce error rates
• Develop the training reports and share with the key stakeholders including the client twice a week.
• Support the incoming new process
• For an existing client, support the any new process addition by ensuring online process training is conducted for the agents, agents have the necessary skill and access is granted to them on applications required
• For any new process outside the account, support the team in identifying the skill, availability of skill within DOP or avenues for upskilling the team to support the new process

• Receives material from Receiving.
• Inspection details are updated in the database
• Classify deviations as Rework and Rejections.
• Material is stored at the appropriate place.
• Release accepted parts to stock.
• Ensure accepted parts released to stock are properly labeled and without any deviation.
• Member should share their thoughts to improve the Process & productivity.
• To promote Quality Management System
• Atten the Quality review meeting and process to improve the supplier quality.
• Proceed with the Project assigned by the Supervisor and report periodically .
• Start inspection based on priority and on time.
• Check the facility of equipment which need for incoming inspection.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Diploma / Engineering. Good Communication Skills. Good Typing Skills. Familiar with Digital camera Handling.

What you will do:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work on functional and regression testing of our Gateway Services products. You will work independently with senior management and technical groups globally.

• Utilization of business, functional and/or technical expertise is needed to effectively develop and execute the test strategy and planning activities.

• You will work with multiple programs/systems on projects of moderate complexity and serve as a project team member.

• Your responsibilities include:

Functional: Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Lead and participates in test planning and quality review sessions. Oversee the writing of test cases/scripts. Testing may include application, network, system, regression and user acceptance testing. Participate in daily calls as needed for appropriate hand on testing.

Technical: Perform testing activities to include: planning, design, scripting, execution, debugging and reporting tasks. Monitor and execute automation test activities for large sized projects. Works with Technical and Business groups to define the scope of testing required. Researches new tools and testing approaches, and executes upon/monitoring the implementation of such items.Post test execution activities, include error debugging, reporting needs and internal and external communications.

What you will need to have:

• 9+ years of related Technical experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.

Technical: Extensive knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, and network) and their application to business functions/processes.

• Knowledge of testing tools, database concepts and MS Office.

• Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies such as Agile /Scrum.

• Hands on experience testing APIs, RESTful/JSON web services.

• Must have test automation experience using tools such as QTP/UFT, JMeter, Selenium Web Driver/TOSCA, Postman, Jacoco plugin.

• Knowledge and working experience with Jenkins and some basic Java

• Informed and cognizant of the key processes in the business and the business rules that impact the development and/or implementation of information systems.
