We are looking for an Audit Director to join the Quality Control team. They play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and overall quality of our firm's accounting and assurance services. This position involves designing, implementing, and overseeing a robust quality control framework, as well as policies and procedures that align with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and the firm's internal policies. Reporting directly to the Partner in Charge of Quality Control, this role carries significant responsibility in maintaining our service standards.

Responsibilities
:

• Educating assurance professionals on quality control standards, emerging trends, and best practices through programs and initiatives.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to a large team of quality management directors to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of work.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern or improvement within the firm's accounting and assurance policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with the Offices of Independence and Risk, as well as appropriate Stakeholders, to develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance overall quality.
• Staying abreast of changes in auditing and accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Leading and monitoring inspection processes such as AICPA peer review and OIG.
• Participating in technical due diligence activities when evaluating potential accounting firm acquisition targets.
• Ensuring the firm's practices remain in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of the AICPA, GAO and other regulatory bodies.
• Consulting with engagement teams to address client-specific accounting and financial reporting issues.
• Collaborating with the Firm's Accounting Principles Group to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Candidate will need to Identify and implement process improvement efforts for the business within the client framework and within sound process improvement accepted disciplines and practices. Take responsibility and accountability for the successful utilization and results of the Performance Excellence program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Will be responsible to work as a client end representative and will be deployed at the client’s facility
2. Drive, Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
3. Will be responsible to deliver on the project/ program goals while closely working with the clients
4. Partner with teams to identify improvements in efficiency, productivity & utilization
5. Drive elimination of process inefficiencies using business & analytical skills
6. Will be responsible to drive process and value stream mapping for client’s work flows/processes
7. Lead P-EX programs and is accountable for the successful execution of the project.
8. Accountability includes driving the project through various phases of the project.
9. It will be an added benefit to have an experience on business process re-engineering

EXPERIENCE :

1. At least 1 years’ experience working on assignments that involve analysis of specific business impacting data points and the presentation of results and recommendations, ideally with external customers
2. Six Sigma Green/Black belt will added advantage (Not Mandatory)
3. Minimum experience of 1 year in E-Commerce industry/Manufacturing/BPO Industry
4. Experience in Quality improvement and providing support to both external and internal contacts towards process improvement will be preferred
