Role Purpose
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual who has effective analytical & problem solving abilities. The individual should be fully responsible to ensure / deliver Quality at the project sites, in coordination with QA and Operations Teams.
Scope

Responsibility
- Implementation of QMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) / Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) / Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / Checklists / Work Instructions / Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Manuals at project sites
- Ensure that the work is executed / delivered as per approved GFC Drawings / applicable Codes / Standards
- Ensure implementation & maintenance of all QMS related documents / records
- Assist in creating & updating QMS / Quality related documents
- Review Shop Drawings / Method Statements / Reports and other relevant QMS / Quality documents submitted by Contractors / Subcontractors at site as per established protocol
- Ensure inspection & testing of Materials and Workmanship as per approved ITP
- Raise and resolve Quality related issues. Follow up with Site Operations Team to close all the open NCRs / Observations
- Ensure implementation of Quality Rating System at site
- Regular Site Visits for inspection and assessment
- Periodic visits to RMC Plants / Sources / Factories / Vendors Yards for assessment / approvals
- Witness Trial Mix / other tests at Third Party Labs
- Carry out Stage & Pre-handover Inspections of units to ensure high Quality workmanship
- Snagging of finished units with high attention-to-detail to enable QA certification
- Provide training to Site Operations / Contractors Teams to create awareness and ensure compliance, to highlight Quality risks and their mitigation, and to share Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Quality related issues
- Conduct Project Quality Meetings with Operations Team / Contractor on a weekly / fortnightly / as required basis to discuss & resolve Quality concerns and suggest improvements
- Ensure Quality metrics is completed and sent to the QA Manager in a timely manner
- Ensure timely generation / completion / communication of Quality Metrics and Reports (Fortnightly Quality Reports (FQR), Material Test Reports, Equipment Calibration Reports etc.), including Observations / NCR’s, as per established protocol.
- Ensuring effective co-ordination and maintain transparency on Quality related issues
Accountability
- Helping develop, improve, implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Work is carried out as per approved Method Statements / GFC Drawings / Codes / Standards / using approved / tested materials
- Inspection and Testing of materials & workmanship is done as per approved ITP
- Timely realization of all Quality deliverables and compliances, and closure of Quality issues
- Ensuring highest level of Quality on site

Requirements
- Experience: 04 -12 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in real estate & high-rise construction
- Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- Candidate having Quality Control Experience in Residential construction which should include Structural, Finishes and Services Works is a must
- Should have an exposure to ISO 9001, and preferably be an Internal Quality Auditor
- Should have an exposure in Inspection & Testing, and QMS implementation
