Yearly bonus Roles and Responsibilities: Design, implement, audit, and update quality standards and control systems to ensure products meet organizational and industry requirements. Identify root causes of production and product issues, and develop corrective measures to improve quality and efficiency. Perform routine quality check tests on materials, products, and processes to identify potential issues early in the production cycle. Prepare detailed reports on defective raw materials, malfunctioning equipment, and other quality-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.Oversee compliance with quality specifications through the inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and products at various stages of production. Work closely with suppliers, managers, and internal teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.Collaborate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement, and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keep updated on safety, legal standards, and regulations for manufacturing processes and products.Monitor and analyze production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Gather relevant data and prepare detailed reports on quality standards, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.Requirements Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred).At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Other Requirements: Must be able to commute to Trichy, Tamil Nadu.Willingness to relocate if necessary.
