The QC Engineer (Civil/MEP) is responsible for ensuring that construction activities comply with technical specifications, standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities:

For Civil QC:

Inspect ongoing civil works such as RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

Verify formwork, rebar, concrete mix, and curing processes.

Monitor third-party testing of materials like cement, sand, aggregates, bricks, and concrete.

Ensure proper documentation of material approvals, inspection requests (IRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

For MEP QC:

Inspect installation of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.

Verify testing and commissioning of MEP systems as per design and safety standards.
