**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Quality Inspection**:
- Conduct routine inspections of aluminum door and window profiles to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
- Utilize measuring tapes and other quality tools to accurately measure dimensions, tolerances, and other critical parameters.
- Visually inspect products for surface defects, scratches, and other imperfections.
- Verify that products comply with relevant quality standards and specifications.
- **Defect Reporting**:
- Document and report any quality issues or defects identified during inspections.
- Provide detailed descriptions of defects, including location, severity, and potential causes.
- Work with the production team to implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-4 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using measuring tapes and other quality inspection tools.
