Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine quality checks, including measurements, visual inspections, and functional tests.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems .
- Record and analyze data related to product defects and production trends.
- Document and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal quality audits and support external audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.

Job Purpose
You will ensure that every machine meets strict quality standards from component level through pre-dispatch testing, aligning performance, reliability, and compliance with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming components and sub-assemblies to confirm adherence to engineering specifications, tolerances, and finish.
- Perform systematic functional and performance tests on combined mechanical, electrical, and sensor-based systems such as SortLink and Auto Cone-Pack units.
- Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, torque instruments) to validate critical dimensions and alignments.
- Document and report testing outcomes, deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
- Tag, quarantine, and escalate defective parts or assemblies until they meet quality acceptance criteria.
